Scootaville Event NSW. 2026

Next event to be held in NSW will be in March 2026 to coincide with the Bathurst Bike Show. It will leave Windsor on Saturday 14th March and travel via and overnight at Bong Bong,  Moruya,  Queanbeyan,  Young,  Cowra,  Parkes, Orange and arrive Bathurst on Thuesday the 26th March.

On the Sunday, Council has agreed for us to hold the "Walk for Veterans" fund raiser on the Mt Panorama circuit. For a small fee people will be allowed to walk the circuit, The walk will start about 7.30am and the whole event will finish by midday.  Funds raised will go to Legacy which cares for the families of injured or missing service men and women and the Air Force Association which has a program to care for homeless Veterans. Organisers of the Bike Show have agreed to allow Legacy to man a marquee at the show on the Saturday and solicit donations.

We will also request the Air Force hot air balloon to be flown at the Showground on the Sunday - after the walk.  This will be tethered to the ground and will take kids for a short up and down ride - at no charge.

 

Costs are:   If you wish to ride - $1,100.  This will give you the use of a scooter, as well as a leather jacket, helmet, 2 polo shirts, cap, bedding (which you keep), accommodation, breakfast and a lot of other meals. .   If you wish to come as a supporter - $750.  This will give you 2 polo shirts, cap, bedding (which you keep), accommodation, breakfast and a lot of other meals.     If you would like to be a part of this great event, or if you'd like more information, click HERE, fill in the form and we'll get back to you.
