Scootaville Event Qld. 2025

Next event to be held in Qld will be in August 2025. It will leave Brisbane on Sunday the 24 Aug and travel via and overnight at Toowoomba (2 nights), Goodniwindi, St George, Cunnamulla (2), Thargomindah (2), Quilpie (2), Charleville (2), Blackall (2), Barcaldine, Emerald, Biloela, Gayndah (2), Kingaroy then back to Brisbane, arriving 13th Sept.

This year it has been decided to reroute the event via outback Qld to include the recently flooded towns of Cunnamulla, Thargomindah and Quilpie. We are holding discussions with the local Mayors of those towns and while there we'll hold events for the locals to try and cheer them up a bit.

We realise there are many more communities that were flooded but unfortunately we can't get to them all, hopefully they can join with us and try and forget this terrible devastation for a few hours.

We have put in a request for the Air Force's hot-air balloon to travel with us and to set up in each of the towns and take the kids for a ride.

We have other requests with the ADF for support - more on that later.

Costs are:

If you wish to ride - $1,100. 

This will give you the use of a scooter, as well as a leather jacket, helmet, 2 polo shirts, cap, bedding (which you keep), accommodation, breakfast and a lot of other meals.

If you wish to come as a supporter - $750. 

This will give you 2 polo shirts, cap, bedding (which you keep), accommodation, breakfast and a lot of other meals.
